Lifeline Unit
The Lifeline Unit is often seen as the heart of the Technology Enabled Care Systems (TECS) product range. The Unit is suitable for anyone who has epilepsy or other long-term health conditions, as it connects to devices such as falls detectors and epilepsy monitors. This means that users can access help and support from anywhere in the home. The Unit automatically contacts a 24/7 monitoring centre when an alert signal is received from a linked device. For added safety, users can speak directly to the monitoring centre by pressing a button on the device.
