Our digital solution consists of a Tablet styled touchscreen unit, which contains a mobile sim to enable connection to the mobile network, whilst also having the capability to connect to a home broadband/wifi system. The package comes with a wearable falls detector which links to the Tablet unit and one press of your pendant is enough to trigger an alert to our 24/7 response centre, taking calls 365 days a year. In the event of a fall or total immobility, an automatic alert will be launched (without pressing the pendant).

Its P2P (peer to peer) video conferencing capability ensures that a secure connection to only your selected contacts, enables the user to stay in contact with friends and family members – this can be a perfect aid to combating social isolation.

As the Touchscreen tablet does not need to be plugged into a phone line, it can be portable around the home and garden (only restricted by mains plug in/battery life), enabling clearer connection to the monitoring centre and/or friends and family. You can personalise the tablet with your photos and with the aid of the downloadable app, friends and family can video conference and text message directly and securely with your device.

**Note: The fall detection technology does not allow analysis and interpretation of all fall situations. Soft falls, slumping falls, and descent controlled falls against a wall or a chair are not detected. In spite of its algorithm capabilities and the technology used, not all falls can be detected. This is the reason why the manual trigger remains vital for the user.
