How does a Red Button Lifeline Pendant Work?
It is widely accepted that Technology Enabled Care Systems (TECS) are an essential part of social care and are constantly evolving to better suit our, and our loved one’s needs.

Our Lifeline Pendant is one we often get questions about when it comes to our extensive range of products. This is why we wanted to help explain and allow you to better understand the Lifeline and Pendant package and how it can help you or your loved ones.
What is it?
Our Lifeline and Pendant package is designed to give you peace of mind, operate as a one-touch S.O.S button and help you to link seamlessly with your lifeline base unit.
There are two parts to the package. The Red Button pendant alarm is there to help you raise an alert in and around your home and garden within a certain radius. In addition to this, within the package is the lifeline unit which acts as the heart of the technology-enabled system; ensuring that you can access help and support from a 24/7 monitoring centre when your pendant is used and even allow you to speak directly to the monitoring centre if needed.
Our pendant alarms are waterproof and can be worn as a wrist strap, neck cord or even a belt clip and are made to fit into your lifestyle. These also provide visual reassurance that the alarm has been pressed and that your lifeline unit has been alerted. Our lifeline unit itself links to a wide range of telecare sensors to connect you to a monitoring centre through the phone.

Whether you are recuperating from a hospital stay, have a history or are at risk of falling, have reduced mobility or are suffering from a long-term health condition, the Red Button Lifeline and Pendant package could be perfect for helping you maintain independence at home and giving your loved ones peace of mind.
