Contract packages
We appreciate situations can change!
Your initial payment covers your first billing period, after which it is a rolling contract. You can terminate this with at least one month’s notice prior to the next billing period, & we will arrange for the return of the equipment.
Set Up fee
In addition to the administration of the equipment and your order, all rented and/or purchased equipment will be checked over, accessories synced, preprogrammed and securely packaged ready for dispatch to the customer. This is a non-refundable fee.
Minimal paperwork
Most of the information we require from you to provide our services, can be filled in either online or via the emailed forms. We are environmentally aware, so we aim to keep paperwork to a minimum.
Free Delivery
Once you have provided us with all the information we require, we will dispatch your preprogrammed equipment using an express service.
Professional installation service available
We offer professional installation to our customers in eligible areas. This service also includes comprehensive training for you and/or family members/carers etc. Please check our map in the first instance and then contact us to arrange your ‘hassle free’ installation.
