What Personal Information Is Required to Start the Service?

To set up your care technology service, we’ll ask you to provide a few important details to ensure we can respond effectively in an emergency:

• Full name, address, and telephone number (for the service user and/or bill payer)
• Relevant medical conditions that may impact emergency response
• Responder contact details – trusted individuals we can reach if needed
• Your registered GP information

All personal data is kept strictly confidential and is only accessed when necessary to deliver your service. We share your information only with our monitoring centre or emergency services when it’s essential to do so.
