What Happens When the Automatic Falls Detector is Triggered?

If you experience a hard fall while wearing a falls detector linked to your base unit, the system will automatically send an alert to our monitoring centre—just like when the alarm button is pressed manually. This ensures help is dispatched quickly, even if you’re unable to call for assistance.
GPS Devices
If you’re using a GPS-enabled device like a pendant or watch, and the falls detection feature is switched on, it will also automatically alert our monitoring team if a hard fall is detected.
Manual Activation Option
Even if the automatic fall detection doesn’t activate, you can still press the SOS button to raise an alert and speak to our team directly.
