Home Packages: If you activate your alarm but are unable to respond, our team will call you back immediately. If there’s still no answer, we will follow your pre-agreed emergency plan—this may include alerting your chosen responders or contacting emergency services directly.
GPS Devices: If you’re using a GPS-enabled device and cannot speak, our monitoring centre will use the device’s location tracking to find you and dispatch help to your exact position.
