Who Owns the SIM and Who Pays for It?
All of our digital care technology devices that include SIM cards – whether subscription or purchased outright – use SIMs that remain the property and responsibility of Red Button Telecare. There’s no need to worry about separate SIM contracts or top-ups. All SIM-related costs are fully covered within your monthly or annual subscription fee.
