All of our digital care technology devices that include SIM cards—whether rented or purchased outright—use SIMs that remain the property and responsibility of Red Button Telecare. There’s no need to worry about separate SIM contracts or top-ups. All SIM-related costs are fully covered within your monthly or annual subscription fee.
