How Do I Activate My At Home Alarm?
There are three simple ways to raise an alert and connect with our 24/7 monitoring team:
Base Unit: Press the SOS button on the main unit to raise an alarm.
Pendant or Wristband: Activate your personal alarm by pressing the button on your pendant or wrist-worn device.
Falls Detector: If you’ve selected the falls detector, it will automatically detect serious, unbroken falls using built-in motion sensors and trigger an alert—no need to press a button.
Reliable Coverage: All devices work within approximately 100 metres of the base unit, offering dependable protection throughout your home and garden.
