How Do I Activate the GPS Pendant or Watch Alarm?
There are two easy ways to raise an alarm and get immediate help from our monitoring centre or your designated contacts:
Manual SOS Button: Simply press the button on your GPS pendant or digital watch to raise an alert. This will connect you directly to our 24/7 monitoring team, who will assess the situation and take action.
Automatic Falls Detection: If your device has the falls detection feature activated, it will automatically send an alert if a serious, non-slumping fall is detected—no need to press a button.
