How Do I Set Up My Alarm Package?
All Red Button Telecare devices are pre-configured by our technical team, meaning they are ready to use straight out of the box. Our ‘At Home’ alarm systems include dual mobile SIMs, so they do not rely on a landline and can be positioned anywhere with a mobile signal.
Each package includes a helpful voice-guided setup to make installation as easy as possible. Our GPS-enabled devices also use SIM cards and will work anywhere there is mobile coverage.
Quick & Simple: These are true plug-and-play systems, but if you’d prefer support, we do offer an optional professional installation service in select areas.
