You may be eligible for VAT exemption on your telecare equipment. If the user has a long-term or progressive health condition, or is registered as disabled, you may not need to pay VAT. We’ll guide you through the simple declaration process during checkout.
Make your first payment securely using our online checkout—your order is processed straight away. Ongoing payments are made monthly via Direct Debit. We’ll email you the Direct Debit form after your initial payment is complete.
To help us support you in an emergency, we’ll ask for some essential personal information. This includes the service user’s name, address, and phone number, medical details (if relevant), GP contact, and the names and numbers of any responders—trusted people we can contact if urgent help is needed.
Your Red Button alarm comes fully pre-programmed—just unpack it, plug it into a standard UK power socket, and you’re ready to go. It’s that simple.
