What Do the Lights Mean on My Digital Base Unit?
Understanding the light indicators on your base unit helps you stay informed about its status:
Green Light (Back-Lit): The unit is powered on. Press once to hear a status update. Hold to turn it off, or press again to power it back on.
Flashing Orange: The mains power has been disconnected. The unit will announce this with a voice alert.
Solid Red: The internal battery is missing or no longer functioning. Contact us for assistance.
Flashing Red: The battery is low and needs recharging or reconnecting to mains power.
No Light: The unit is currently powered off.
